The SA102 answers the need for a truly portable safe area generator. It's compact size enables a 
variety of installations in studios, post production, ENG and EFP applications.

Available for 4:3 or 16:9 analog video inputs (specify with order)

Two switch selected patterns (two 4:3 patterns or two 16:9 patterns)
Patterns inserted on loop through analog video
Digitally generated, referenced to leading edge of H sync
Accepts composite or component video
NTSC and PAL versions (PAL version has 4:3 patterns only)
Operates on 9V to 12V external DC, max drain 240ma, 9V adapter supplied
Approximate dimensions: 3" x 3" x 7/8" (width/depth/height)

DSA-100 SDI SAFE AREA/GRATICULE GENERATOR

  The DSA-100 is a full featured safe area generator for the most demanding digital production work. 
 

4:3, 16:9, 14:9 safe title, safe action
LCD readout indicates all selections and parameters
Variable rectangle with continuous aspect ratio readout
Center cross, 3 sizes, plus variable position with continuous location readout
V & H active video markers
Any mix of aspect ratios, safe action, safe title, active video markers and center cross may be selected
Simple button-per-function operation: no tedious menus to navigate
All graticules independently switchable, black or white 
Variable luminance level of white graticules (10% to 100%)
Letterbox and side panels may be blanked (4:3, 16:9, 14:9 or user adjustable)
Actual line number readout of start and end of active video on all letterbox patterns
Ten custom patterns may be stored in non-volatile memory
Automatically switches between 525 and 625 line operation
Front panel may be removed and remoted up to 200 ft.
Choice of 1RU or 5"x7" desktop remote panel included
