SERVICE/WARRANTY

With our 35 years in the broadcast equipment business, we are well aware of the importance of prompt, efficient service.  A phone call to our service department will put you through to someone who has thorough knowledge of every product we manufacture.

We take great pride in the reliability of our equipment.  Every product undergoes rigorous heat soaking and testing.  Murphy's Law however, is a fact, and should any of our products fail in the field, our "Forever Warranty" policy takes effect.

All equipment manufactured by Broadcast Video Systems, carries a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.  This includes all parts and labor.  The only conditions that apply are that the equipment has not been physically damaged or modified.  The only cost to the user is shipping to and from our factory.  Should a loaner be required to get you up and running, we can have one on your doorstep overnight, anywhere in North America.
